Even large grocers like Aldi are not safe from cart mixing, even when certain parts are not compatible with each other or carts are of different sizes. The most likely explanation is they warehouse carts from stores that retired their old ones and send them to stores in need of carts, in lieu of new ones. Unlike other mixed entries, this chain does not recycle carts from other retailers. So put your quarter in and get shopping! But first:
- Some carts may overlap and may appear in more than one location. This is especially true for stores that have relocated.
- Some of these carts may no longer be in the location they were originally photographed at.
- Carts that are no longer for customer use are also included in each location's set.
- Some stores have relocated after being photographed. These will be marked in yellow.
- NEW! All photos in this post will have captions indicating what kind of cart is featured.

Just FYI, those yellow names are very hard to see against this background - perhaps something else would be better (maybe more like the Welcome sign on the walls of that Hannaford color would work).
